jewellery launched in UAE
A new gold jewellery
collection from Genero is to debut in the United Arab Emirates, it has been
revealed.
Fibre2Fashion reports that jeweller Damas is to retail Ezio and Antonella
Genero's Italian jewellery line in the region as it "captures the essence of
gold".
Featured in the collection are earrings, pendants and rings made of 18-carat
gold.
"Mine is another way of making gold come alive, a way that transforms the jewel
into a unique thought that celebrates feminine elegance and allows itself to be
worn every day," Antonella Genero is quoted by the jewellery site as saying.
Meanwhile, Tawhid Abdullah, managing director of Damas, commented that the gold
jewellery brand is "exciting" "stylish" and "sophisticated".
He claimed that women would cherish the items in the collection for a lifetime.
It was recently reported that a number of music stars were recently seen wearing
gold jewellery to the MTV Music Video Awards ceremony.
