to be sold in new Tiffany store in Japan

Tiffany & Co intends to open a new store in Japan, it has been revealed.
The store will be the company's 54th boutique and Tiffany's third in Nagoya. It
is due to be opened on September 26th 2007 at the Matsuzakaya Nagoya flagship
store on the Otsu-dori.
Furthermore, the product range will include diamond jewellery set in 18 carat
gold, designer jewellery from Elsa Peretti, Paloma Picasso, Jean Schlumberger
and Frank Gehry.
"We are pleased to join the Matsuzakaya Honten in Nagoya and look forward to
building a relationship with their loyal clientele," Fibre2Fashion quoted Mike
Christ, Tiffany Japan president, as saying.
Also set to be sold at the jewellers new Japanese location will be gold bridal
jewellery, gold fashion jewellery, watches and gifts.
Tiffany is also planning to open its first Belgian store in Brussels in the
imminent future.
