'Rare jewellery
to be worn at this seasons galas'
This season, rare,
bespoke and fine jewellery will be taking centre stage at galas and balls, it
has been claimed.
According to Gems by Chao - a Houston-based jeweller, vintage jewellery will
also be a major trend this season.
Furthermore, the jeweller claims that men will be wearing more gold and diamonds
in the new season.
"Bracelets, cuff links and men's rings all look great with tuxedos. A fine
example of this trend is our latest handmade 18-carat white gold masculine ring
with a large natural cognac diamond, set with 42 fine white diamonds," commented
Jesse Chao.
He added that at galas women will opt for "Grace Kelly glamour" with vintage
style designs such as its diamond cuff bracelet set in 18-carat white gold and
its intertwined diamond necklace with 396 diamonds set in 18-carat white gold.
Gems by Chao recently won an award for the new retail design of its Houston
Galleria boutique from the Decorative Centre Houston and PaperCity magazine.
